Find Smallest and Second Smallest Element in an Array in C#

Hi programmers, welcome to new article of array programming.This article i’ll write the program to
find the smallest and second smallest element in an array in c# console application. To find the smallest and second smallest elements, we should use for loop and if else statement. This article i’ll use single dimension array. Let’s see the codes.
